The Brazilian criminal system in its labyrinth
Keywords:

The Brazilian criminal system is in a maze of lack of ideas. It is defeated before reforms that disclose following adversarial models, such as those of criminal agreements, but which do not yet conceal the inquisitory side. It is not disputed whether the American procedural system should be seen as more perfect to our system or even greater hindrance to an already crippled criminal system by numerous random repairs.
