On December 6th, IBCCRIM applied to join as an amicus curiae in complaint 61.944 (STF, rel. Min. Cristiano Zanin), which discusses the lawfulness of financial intelligence reports (RIF) from the Financial Activities Control Council (COAF), currently known as the Financial Intelligence Unit (UIF).
