Reflections on the imputation of crime against humanity to the head of brazilian State in Covid-19 times

This article presents an approach based on the article published in the IBCCRIM newsletter, in July 2020, entitled “Does the President of the Republic, within the scope of the pandemic, commit crime against humanity?”, by jurist Carlos Eduardo Adriano Japiassú, concluding that such accountability is impossible, due to the supposed absence of the policy element requirement in these conducts. Here we defend the opposite.
