The article aims to develop an analysis of the proposed expansion of the National Bank of Genetic Profile, contained in what was known as the Anticrime Package. The analysis of legislative changes is based on both a view of the current stage of the data repository and questions about implementation, objectives of the proposal and constitutionality of the measures.
