The relationship between the Anticrime bill and the theory of permanent state of emergency

This essay wants to analyze the comparison between the justice minister´s law project against crime and the theory of state´s permanent exception. In this way, the objective is to corroborate or to refute the perspective that the mentioned law project means a symptom of the category of permanent exception state.
