The complexity of simplifying the process
Abstract
The idea of introducing negotiated formulas into criminal proceedings has always generated controversy. With each new bill seeking to shorten the process or obtain evidence by consensual means, there is renewed criticism of the supposed overlapping of effectiveness criteria with justice criteria.
