Abstract

The text aims to present to the reader the essence of criminal investigation as an approach to the criminal phenomenon and the challenges that it implies for the police, within a context of criminal evolution. It is an introspective vision, from the inside out, to contribute to the approach to criminality.

Oficial de Estado Mayor de la Escuela Superior de Gendarmería Nacional Argentina. Licenciado en Administración Superior de Seguridad Pública de la Academia de Ciencias Policiales de Carabineros de Chile. Oficial Graduado en Ciencias Policiales de la Academia de Ciencias Policiales de Carabineros de Chile. Diplomado en Abordajes del Crimen Organizado de la Universidad de Belgrano. Docente en la Escuela de Oficiales de Gendarmería Nacional “General Martín Miguel de Güemes” y Director del Centro Especializado de Cibercrimen de la Comunidad de Policías de América (AMERIPOL – AC3).
