Abstract

Professor Maria Auxiliadora Minahim, who is dedicated to research on the impacts of Bioethics on Criminal Law, more recently, on the understanding of autonomy in the rationalization of the criminal legal system, interviewed Professor Carlos Romeo María Casabona, whose work is internationally referenced in the area of Bioethics and Biolaw, with emphasis on the interface with Criminal Sciences. The interview deals with the doctor-patient relationship from the legal-criminal point of view.
