Cervini defends facing it without undermining guarantees. Zaffaroni identifies the State as the main source of organized crimes (terrorism, corruption, creation of illegal markets). Faria Costa addresses criminal association in Portugal. Queralt analyzes social, political and international structures that feed the phenomenon. Tavares criticizes the elitization of Criminal Law.
