Case law digest

Abstract

The article gathers case law digests on criminal law, criminal procedure law and special laws, covering decisions of the Federal Supreme Court, the Superior Court of Justice and federal regional courts. The exposition organizes the judgments into general and special parts of criminal law, examining penalty fixing, initial regime, criminal types such as counterfeit currency, smuggling, disobedience, false testimony, theft and malfeasance. The investigation examines, in criminal procedure, appeal in freedom, bail, habeas corpus, nullities, provisional detention and evidence, and, in special laws, public civil action, fauna, bankruptcy, heinous crimes, special courts, tax order, social security, national security and drugs. The text systematizes the courts' orientation on each matter.
