Abstract

The article examines fundamental themes of penal execution, starting from the renewal and deepening of the idea of socialization and the vectors of a reform. The exposition analyzes the legitimation of criminal law, preventive criminal policy, the dramatization of violence, organized and mass crime, and the resurgence of socialization, with the desocializing effects of prison. The text analyzes the legal regulation of the inmate's status based on fundamental rights and duties, examining the right to work and the right to health, including the hunger strike and coercive feeding. The investigation concludes with the inmate's retention of fundamental rights and non-desocialization.
