Galeria de Honra dos Avaliadores

The Reviewers’ Hall of Honor of the IBCCRIM Bulletin is an institutional space dedicated to the public and nominal recognition of peer reviewers who stand out in the peer review process. It features reviewers who demonstrate technical excellence, analytical rigor, and a strong ethical commitment to scientific quality. The initiative promotes transparency and provides academic visibility to contributions that are often underrecognized. Beyond a tribute, the Hall constitutes a historical record of qualified collaboration with the journal. It is, therefore, an instrument of prestige and an incentive for excellence in editorial activity.

Recognition is structured across different dimensions of peer review work, combining qualitative and quantitative criteria:

Excellence in Review: awarded to the reviewer who stands out for analytical depth, argumentative consistency, and the ability to provide constructive and technically well-founded reports. This category prioritizes the intrinsic quality of the review, considering the intellectual impact of the contributions.

Guardian of Timeliness: recognizes the reviewer with a high level of punctuality in meeting editorial deadlines. This category emphasizes efficiency and responsibility, which are essential for the smooth functioning of the editorial process and for respecting authors and the scientific community.

Pillar of the Community: awarded to the reviewer with the highest volume of completed reviews, provided a consistent standard of quality is maintained. This category values sustained engagement and commitment to supporting the peer review system.

Outstanding Review: a category designed to recognize a specific review that has had a significant impact on a manuscript, either by promoting substantial improvements or by contributing decisively to the editorial decision. The focus here is on the specific and transformative relevance of a given intervention.

Rising Star: aimed at early-career reviewers who demonstrate high potential, combining technical quality and engagement. This category seeks to encourage the development of new qualified contributors within the editorial ecosystem.
