The article addresses doctrinal positions regarding the requirements for the criminal use of Bitcoin to be classified within the Law 9.613/1998, especially for the definition of the means of producing evidence and informational elements in crimes of this type. The identified disagreements point to different interpretations regarding the conduct of concealment and dissimulation due to the characteristics of the technology, especially its traceability.
