O Instituto Brasileiro de Ciências Criminais (IBCCRIM) apresentou em abril um memorial e um pedido para ingressar como amicus curiae em ação civil pública sobre a “Operação Escudo”, realizada pela polícia na região da Baixada Santista, litoral paulista.
