The relationship between the legal sciences and the so-called psi sciences is a constitutive part of the development of an etiological criminology and plays an ideological role in the definition of crime, criminality and criminal subject. This article proposes to incorporate a critical perspective that embraces historicity and totality of Latin America, from the dialogues between Psychology and Criminology of Liberation.
