Dogmatic analysis of the proposal to include the crime of electoral slush funds in the electoral code (Law 4,737/1965) of the “Anti-Crime Bill”

Because of the Bill 881/19, made by the Minister of Justice and Public Safety, Sérgio Fernando Moro, the practice of “electoral slush fund” is presented to the Legislative so that can be criminalized and inserted in the Electoral Code. In this way, it is of extreme importance the dogmatic analysis of this Bill, in special the protected legal interest, the legal objective type, the material object and the active subjective of the criminal type in question, so that is possible to analyze the compatibility and harmony of the presented crime with the Brazilian Criminal Legal System.
