Esta entrevista explora las intersecciones entre el Derecho Administrativo, la criminología y el sistema de justicia penal, a partir del diálogo con el Profesor Juan José Rastrollo Suárez, de la Universidad de Salamanca. Se abordan temas como la digitalización institucional, los riesgos de corrupción en la contratación pública, el uso de inteligencia artificial en decisiones penales, la sostenibilidad urbana y la complementariedad entre el Derecho sancionador administrativo y el penal.
