Human Rights Caravan: what the eye can see, the heart can feel

Abstract

IBCCRIM, which has closely followed the work of the Ministry of Human Rights, announces an important measure taken by the body: the "Human Rights Caravans", which consist of visits to states to check the conditions of the prison system, especially in establishments that have been the subject of deliberations by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
