The article examines the transformations of positive law in the face of new forms of capitalist economic organization, the transnationalization of markets, and the compression of time and space. The exposition argues that norms have been losing the capacity to order society and that procedural mechanisms no longer absorb tensions or settle conflicts. The text analyzes socioeconomic differentiation, the fragmentation of production, the crisis of state sovereignty, and the emergence of parallel normativities, infra- and suprastate. The investigation identifies eight trends, among them the expansion of Anglo-Saxon standards, the reprivatization of law, and the weakening of social rights. The conclusion inquires into the possibility of a law of laws.
