Abstract

The author critically analyzes the influence of globalization on criminal law, especially on economic criminal law. He questions the prevalence, in the face of globalization, of the principles of criminal law: legality and non-retroactivity of criminal law. He also inquires into the foundation and legitimacy of an international criminal law and criminal procedure.
