Abstract

This research aims to analyze the judicial role in the protection of children and adolescents, considering multisectoral interventions, asking how to improve these interventions considering the contemporary challenges faced by the population. The investigation uses the inductive method and bibliographic research, with direct and indirect documentation techniques. The overall aim is to explore multisectoral interventions, with specific objectives that include grounding youth vulnerability in a criminological context and highlighting socioeconomic influences on youth delinquency. The research concludes that criminology in relation to children and adolescents is increasingly crucial given the social and legal complexities involving this vulnerable population.
