Abstract

The subject of this article is the changes in the regulation of cooperation agreements in Brazilian criminal law, implemented by the Federal Act no. 13.964/2019. It examines the main modifications related to the concession and judicial review of rewards (positive sanctions) to defendants who cooperate with prosecutorial officers.
