The article deals with the competence for prosecuting and prosecuting electoral and related crimes. It presents a history of the decisions of the Supreme Court from 1956 until the judgment of the 4th AgReg in INQ 4435. It analyzes the organization of the Electoral Justice to prosecute and judge complex crimes and the legal obligations imposed on lawyers who make up the Electoral Courts as judges. Finally, it analyzes the position of the Supreme Court of the competence of the Electoral Court in relation to what was decided in the QO in AP 937.
