Anticrime bill and the environmental interception of conversations between lawyers and prisoners in federal prisons

Telephone interception is an exceptional measure that has greatly aided in investigations to curb criminal organizations, drug traffickers, exploitation of women and minors, trafficking in persons, money laundering and other illicit activities that are branching out and becoming complex and of difficult tracking. Provided that the requirements and limits imposed by Law n. 9.296/96. However, the lawyer can not be considered as part or target of this process. If the lawyer commits crimes, then investigate, but being subject to an interception only by having conversations with his client can never be authorized by justice. Professional prerogatives must be respected.
