Abstract

Within the many controversies of the anticrime Project given by Minister Sérgio Moro, it is deserved a special atention to the efects that may occur from the ideia of supression of the suspention effects given by the Pronuntia Suitcase’s Decision. To evidence this, the presente article goes thru a theoretical analysys and a small sample of how law’s jurisprudential is related to the intended law modification.
