Abstract

The article discusses the enactment of the Anticrime Law (Law 13.964/2019) and its impact over the state’s evidence deal legal regime, offering a critical analysis of the broader-based bargaining agreement as seen on regular basis, specially in the context of the Car Wash Operation.
