Abstract

Analysis of the decision handed down by the Superior Court of Justice in Constitutional Complaint 44,565, Ollanta Humala’s case, regarding the need of exequatur in international cooperation requests resulting from a foreign court decision determining the production of evidence in the Brazilian territory.
