More on the necessary implementation of the liberty and custody judge

With the judgment of direct actions of unconstitutionality 6298, 6299, 6300 and 6305, in the Federal Supreme Court, the Instituto Brasileiro de Ciências Criminais (IBCCrim) reaffirms its support for the implementation of the liberty and custody judge in the Brazilian criminal procedure, as a necessary measure to improve judicial provision
