O presente ensaio propõe o conceito de Crime Planetário Organizado (CPO) como instrumento de interrupção das categorias jurídicas, criminológicas e político-científicas que organizam a visibilidade do dano no Antropoceno. O CPO não é um novo tipo penal, mas um conceito reflexivo que desestabiliza as condições de reconhecimento do injusto. Seus três componentes (crime, planetário e organizado) funcionam como conceitos de interrupção que perturbam, respectivamente, as distinções entre relevância local e sistêmico-terrestre, entre ilegalidade criminalizada e dano normalizado, e entre organização criminosa e infraestrutura do dano. O ensaio contrapõe duas definições de CPO: uma estrita, orientada juridicamente, e outra crítica, mais ampla, que expõe o papel das formas jurídicas na organização e na legitimação do dano planetário. Argumenta-se que o contraste entre essas definições é metodologicamente mais valioso do que sua síntese prematura.
