between mistakes and successes
Keywords:
Whistleblowing, Whistleblower, Anticrime packageAbstract
The so-called Anti-Crime Package by Minister of Justice and Public Safety Sergio Moro brought with it the proposed regulation of whistleblowing, a powerful anti-corruption tool that is found in many foreign legal systems and is a global institute. However, the proposal needs to be refined in its legislative technique so that it can prosper and achieve the intended objectives, such as removing the excessive subjectivity of some terms and leaving the text in conformity with the constitutional order.
