Abstract

This work aims to explore and analyze the expansion of negotiated criminal justice, with a specific focus on one of its most modern negotiation mechanisms, Award-winning collaboration. The aim is to collect and analyze the relationship between this practice and the Administrativization Model of criminal convictions. Using a deductive approach, the legal-exploratory method was used, examining the literature and legislation related to negotiating criminal justice and plea bargain collaboration. The analysis was conducted using the legal-prospective method to identify possible legal and legal trends towards the imposition of criminal sanctions without due constitutional process. The results found show the expansion of the Administrativization of criminal convictions in the national legal context.
