Abstract

The accusatory structure of our criminal procedural system must be characterized by a predominantly oral trial. This fact indicates that the defense needs specific tools to generate positive results in their actions during courtroom. Therefore, this reflection proposes to strengthen the effective practice of criminal defense in oral trial.
