When major corporations interrupt, or suspend, the development of face recognition techs, observing the risks of your unregularized utilization for public security and surveillance. The regulamentation demand is clear, and the unrestrict utilization of the face recognition by police authorities agencies may bring hard consequences to the, already problematic, democratic cenarium. The objective of this article is to analyse the software’s implementation, in order of selective penal repression, and bringing light to the panopticon panorama implantation outside the walls. Lastly, by Beck’s comprehension of Risk Society, it was intended an illustrative analysis of the cenarium, from the classic work of George Orwell: 1984.
