From the scenes of the audience of the notorious Mari Ferrer Case, the article seeks evidence that Brazilian androcentrism, associated with the present positivist criminology in Brazilian penal agencies and legal education, causes a hidden and specific form of criminalization, which must be denounced by the feminist criminology.
