Abstract

The presence, participation, and occupation of black women in a Criminal Procedure Law classroom is an insurgency. Therefore, we challenge and dare to think and propose a Black Feminist Criminal Process, in which black women can be the protagonists of justice and assume the position of the “Neguinha Metida”.
