Critical paralysis and conformity to existing oppression and domination

This article analyzes the paralysis process and conformation of criminal state agents to oppression and domination existent in institutions that exercise punitive power. It proposes two strategies to reduce functional intolerance: the first one, to fight for reduction of Administrative Disciplinary Law’s selectivity; the second one, to apply Criminal Law.
