Abstract

The problem of the lack of regulation of virtual assets service providers has raised concern about the scenario of intensified criminality through the use of cryptoactives, which impact the national and world economies. This article aims to analyse the proposals of criminal nature of Law 14.478/2022 and its interface with aspects of Economic Criminal Law.
