This paper intends to report the main points addressed in the round table of studies and debates, held at IBCCRIM with the objective of discussing whether there are relationships between Restorative Justice and the Criminal Justice System. The event addressed various topics, such as care, punitive culture, reproduction of violence, conflicts and dialogue. The reflections among the participants were complementary, pointing out that events in this format are important to expand knowledge on the subject and its development within the criminal sciences.
