Abstract

New technologies are present in the daily life of every citizen around the world and knowledge renews itself with a speed never seen in the history of humankind. Thereby, the criminal justice system would not be left out of this whole debate and artificial intelligence instruments are already employed as a method of criminal investigation. Thus, the discussion of this new world is on the agenda.
