This article seeks to clarify whether the attitudes of the current President of the Republic of Brazil towards the pandemic caused by the new coronavirus, contrary to the isolation measures recommended by health authorities, can be classified as a crime against humanity, under the terms of the Statute of the International Criminal Court, through an exegetical, jurisprudential and doctrinal analysis.
