Abstract

this article explores reflective practice in criminal investigation, focusing on the research question: "How can the reflective approach, inspired by Schon's theory, be applied to address contemporary challenges in criminal investigation, especially in the context of cybercrimes?" The text's structure comprises an analysis of the current investigative paradigm, emphasizing the importance of innovative adaptation in complex situations. A specific case study, the "Safe School" operation, illustrates the practical application of these principles, highlighting the need for collaboration between agencies and involvement of civil society.
