Defensive investigation:

Views: 56Keywords:
criminal proceedings, defensive investigation, weapon parityAbstract
The defensive investigation seeks the parity of arms between the prosecution and the defense by granting the latter the power to directly deal with the search for evidence, being able to prepare its own investigation, as is provided to the Public Ministry, today exclusively. However, the institute seems to operate in a socially selective way, since it privileges those who are more economically wealthy. In this sense, this ia what we intend to demonstrate throughout this article.
