The racism that rules the public security model in Brazil and its total incompatibility with the Federal Constitution

The Brazilian public security that, under the terms of art. 144 of the Federal Constitution, it should be everyone's right, in fact it is carried out in a discriminatory, racist way and is directed against the black population. Thus, and in view of the recent data released, we sought to analyze the incompatibility of this model of public security with the fundamental precepts of the constitutional order established in 1988, concluding, therefore, by the urgent need to change this model to one that have blacks and any other individuals as citizens who are recipients of a public service.
