Drug trafficking and the principle of insignificance: a dogmatic possibility

Drug dealing, Principle of insignificance, Principle of offensivenessAbstract
This brief article discusses the dogmatic possibility of applying the principle of insignificance in the crime of drug dealing. The analysis develops from a precedent of the Second Class of the Federal Supreme Court. The article proposes a joint reading of the principle of insignificance with the principle of offensiveness in order to conclude there are no dogmatic impediments that prevent the use of the principle of insignificance as an interpretative resource in the crime of drug dealing.
