Abortion: a matter of women's human rights

By the contextualization of the criminalization of abortion in the current brazilian penal code and the change in values related to the protection of women over time, international human rights protection documents are analyzed to conclude that such criminalization is inadequate and the need for adequacy of criminal law to commitments made internationally by Brazil.
