This article discusses political aspects, especially in terms of gender, and issues related to criminal dogmatics, from the point of view of administrative complementation, in the analysis of the new provisions of the Ministry of Health on the exclusion of illegality of abortion due to rape. The methodology used is doctrinal and legislative research.
