False memories are a common occurrence in human perceptions and have clinical and legal implications of various impact spectrums. Collectively, the concept of false memory merges and confuses with others, such as beliefs, convictions, and mass movements, and hinders the studies of their impacts on the social scope. However, historical, and literary examples provide glimpses of the dimension with which the social phenomenon of false memory can affect society and the guidelines of political and economic power.
