War on drugs and some of the irrationalities of article 33 of the statute law 11.343/2006

This paperwork discourses about the United States war on drugs´ politics. As it follows, three of the main irrationalities presented by article 33 of the Statute-law 11.343/2006 are discussed, which seem to comply to that spirit of combat. At the end, some suggestions are made, aiming the improvement of cited criminal norm.
