Abstract

This article aims to analyze the unconstitutionality of the supercompetence of the 13th Federal Court of Curitiba to process and judge cases related to the anti-corruption crusade known as Lava Jato. The text seeks to bring both the doctrinal foundations linked to the natural judge guarantee under the rule of law and the evolution of the Brazilian Supreme Court’s precedents with a view to setting limits on the jurisdiction of the court of Curitiba.
