the exclusion of illegality in the “anticrime” bill

The “against crime” bill indicates the purpose to enhance the severity of the punishment. However, an analysis of its content, precisely of the rule that entitles the Court to not punish some kinds of self-defense excesses, reveals that the bill has the potential to increase the impunity of some crimes.
